These Terms govern your use of qardon.com and the public-facing materials we publish on it. By accessing the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Use of any commercial services provided by Qardon.com is governed by a separate written agreement.
Qardon, Inc. ("Qardon.com") is a wholly-owned for-profit subsidiary of Fotoh, Inc. We build and operate the software platform that powers community-anchored interest-free lending operators, including the independent nonprofit qardon.org. We are not the donor-facing or borrower-facing operator; for donations, applications, and Recovery claims, visit qardon.org.
Use of this site does not create a donor, lender, or borrower relationship with Qardon.com. We do not solicit donations or accept loan applications on this site. Any solicitation that purports to do so is not authorized by Qardon.com.
All site content — text, graphics, logos, code, layout — is owned by Qardon, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except as permitted by fair use or open-source licenses on specifically-marked repositories.
Information you submit via forms is processed per our Privacy Policy. You represent that all submitted information is accurate, that you have authority to submit it, and that the submission is not on behalf of a sanctioned party.
The site contains links to third-party sites (including qardon.org, fotohinc.com, liveathan.com). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party sites.
The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qardon, Inc., Fotoh, Inc., and their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
You agree to indemnify and hold Qardon, Inc. and Fotoh, Inc. harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue are in the state and federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
We may modify these Terms. Changes take effect when posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Qardon.com regarding the public site.
